Single Digital Patient Record

The Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program will provide a highly secure, holistic and integrated view of the care a patient receives across the NSW public health system. It will transform the digital systems that NSW’s public healthcare workers use every day to deliver care to patients.

SDPR is a next generation, integrated patient administration system, electronic medical record and laboratory information management system.

The SDPR program will be jointly delivered by eHealth NSW and NSW Health Pathology. As a transformative digital program for NSW Health, it will be delivered collaboratively and in partnership with HNELHD with input from clinicians, consumers, patients and technical experts.
