Introduction to the 'Unwritten Curriculum'
|
There is a need not only for learning and education in clinical subjects, but there is also an ‘unwritten’ medical curriculum which involves practical skills in how to get your next post, whether that be from intern to resident, or AT to consultant. At each step medical recruiters are looking for similar attributes, and evidence of similar things.
This seminar series concentrates on the ‘Unwritten Curriculum’, and includes information on how to plan a career, build a CV and get your next post.
The aim is that the information is generic enough to be useful to any trainee at any level of training. |
